CLEANSING GEL LITE – Use AM and PM. Apply a small amount to the face and neck and massage gently with wet fingertips for 1 minute. Remove with damp cotton wool. Rinse off with water. Follow with Nimue Conditioner Lite. CONDITIONER LITE – Use AM and PM. After cleansing, spritz 3-4 sprays of Nimue Conditioner Lite onto damp cotton wool and wipe over the face and neck. Avoid contact with the eye and lip area. Follow with Nimue moisturiser. Avoid sun exposure. EXFOLIATING ENZYME – Use AM or PM after Nimue Cleanser and Conditioner. Apply to clean, dry skin and leave on for 2 minutes. Activate the product by massaging the skin with wet fingertips for 3-5 minutes. Leave on the skin for an additional 2 minutes. Rinse well. Follow with Nimue moisturiser. Use 2-3 times per week. MOISTURISER LITE – Use AM and/or PM after Nimue Cleanser and Conditioner. Massage into clean, dry skin on the face and neck. Follow with Nimue SPF. Avoid sun exposure. SKIN REGULATOR – Use AM and/or PM. Massage into clean, dry skin after Nimue Cleanser and Conditioner. Use under Nimue moisturiser or as prescribed. SUN-C SPF 40 – Use AM daily. Apply an even layer to the face, neck and décolleté over Nimue moisturiser, half an hour before sun exposure. Repeat application every 2-3 hours or after exercise, perspiration or water activities. Avoid excessive sun exposure.
